Application form for admission may be obtained from the Registrar of the college by remitting Rs. 100/-. Fill in the application completely and correctly by the applicant alone and send it to the registrar so as to reach it by May 15th. Application must be sent along with the following documents:

1. Copies of academic certificates and mark lists. (Original documents should be produced at the time of interview and registration).

2. Personal experience of salvation in written or typed form. Decision to pursue theological study must be the candidate’s own interest and that must be stated clearly. ( one to one half page)

3. Two passport size and stamp size photos.

4. Commendation letter from the local church.

5. Two reference letters (should be in a sealed envelop with the signature of the referees across its flap).

6. Medical certificate in the prescribed form.

7. Medical authorization letter signed by the sponsoring agency or parents in the prescribed form.

8. Letter of assurance of financial support from parents/sponsors/ organization/local church.

9. A residence certificate from Panchayat office/village authority.

10. Any candidate coming from a non-Christian background has to furnish an affidivit from a Notary Public (Lawyer) stating very clearly his/her new faith in Christ is his/her own personal experience and has not been forced by anyone. And it is his/her own decision to take up theological study in HMBBCS.
