     According to the God given vision, Harvest Mission Bible College & Seminary was established in 1998, In India out of 1.21 billion, Only 5% are being Christian. To fulfill God’s commission, there is a great opportunity before us “to evangelize India”. The Bible Says, “ask of me and I will make the nations your inheritance, the end of the earth your possession” (Ps 2:8). This generation should have the burden for the perishing souls. Yes, the Harvest is plentiful, but the labors are few. Hence the mission of HMBCS is to equip the committed candidates to reach the land of India.

     In HMBCS, God transforms the students to become anointed new generation and through them God transform the land of India. Therefore HMBCS stands with the special vision to evangelize and plant churches all over Asia with special concentration on the North India. In order to see the fulfillment of the vision HMBCS endeavors to maintain a high academic standard coupled with strong spiritual atmosphere and gives opportunities for practical ministries to catch the vision. We are committed to build and strengthen Christian character and commitment by emphasizing and giving opportunities for the practical ministries to catch the vision and burden for the perishing people in India.

     We anticipated the students to be Christ-centered resembling with complete integrity in a pluralistic society. In short HMBCS is committed to see the holistic growth and development of men and women who have received the divine call for the Christian ministry and leadership. It is my deepest desire and prayer that it may be milestone your life to have a good training from this institution to become an effective servant of God in the fields. I assure you that the training you get in HMBCS would propel and gear you to accomplish the divine vision you received from God into mission as a dynamic minister of HIM who calls you.
